Chocolate, Florian Courreau fell into it when he was little.
The son of a chocolatier, he learned his trade for almost seventeen years from his father, who passed on his know-how to him.
In 2006, he created with his wife, his artisanal chocolate factory in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
The chocolatier enjoys sharing his passion through the creations he invites you to discover in the shop.
Between sweets and delicacies, he will perhaps pass on to you one of his trade secrets…!
A fully transparent workshop.
The manufacturing workshop, adjoining the shop, is offered in all sincerity to everyone’s eyes and invites you to enjoy…pleasures of the eyes, of perfumes…a little paradise for lovers of sweets.
In compliance with traditional methods, production is therefore intended to be daily, without preservatives, and made from rigorously selected raw materials so that freshness and taste are the watchwords of production.
The ranges evolve with the seasons and creations, and therefore offer a multitude of choices, to the delight of gourmets.
